Cadence Low Volume Insoles 

Description:

The Low Volume provides durable semi-rigid support, high rebound shock absorbing foam with enhanced comfort in the heel and is more accommodating for lower volume shoes or those that prefer a thinner orthotic. 

The Low Volume is a thin 5mm from heel to toe and has a wider forefoot and a narrower midfoot and heel when compared to the other Cadence models.

The Low Volume helps alleviate and prevent common injuries such as plantar fasciitis, metatarsalgia, shin splints, iliotibial band syndrome, achilles tendonitis and other conditions of the foot, knee, and hip.

My guess is they are good for 10.5 sized shoes, not for 9.5. Can't get them into my 9.5 W Sketchers. So, useless. But they are well built.

These insoles are great. And Courtside was excellent to deal with! I've used Cadence conventional insoles (the orange ones) for a long time in a variety of shoes and boots. They have been excellent. But wanted an alternative with less volume for certain shoes. For me the low volume have only slightly less support and cushioning, both of which are still very good, but work well in tighter shoes or leave more space in bigger shoes. Having more space is nice for hot weather.
